What we bake is who we are and how we love, from the moment we greet you at the door of our cozy kitchen to the way we honor our cultures, source our ingredients, and share our craft.

Every croissant, cookie, and concha conjures a memory: a taste of home, a tender moment, a childhood sweetness. The bakers and baristas of our tiny team rise early to shape hundreds of croissants by hand, cover our conchas with an heirloom corn masa and source nearly every ingredient from farms around LA. This remarkable city has shaped us, this menu, and how we show up for you.

Our team is a mix of Angeleno coffee lovers, a frenchy who lives to recreate the aroma of a morning croissant for you and Mexican bakers who crave a perfect pan dulce dunked in a strong café. The coffee we serve—grown by small coffee farmers in Mexico—is roasted downtown by two hermanos. Our fruit, vegetables, and dairy are sourced within hours of the bakery and flours from Rye and Spelt to Sonora are grown 2 hours away. The hard white wheat and specialty grains are milled for us in Pasadena with as much love and care as we put into every fold of dough.

Order your pastries and coffee. and while your barista is whisking up that matcha and steaming milk, ask us how we laminate our pain au chocolat (we sharing chocolate samples) or why those farmers market raisins are soaking in all that rum.

PRE-ORDER

Petitgrain is petit, a tiny bakery not much bigger than a sack of grains. Due to oven and refrigeration limitations, we are able to take pre-orders with the following specifications:

  • Please give us 24 hours of notice for your order

  • Place your order by emailing hello@petitgrainboulangerie.com

  • Pre-orders can be picked up after 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends

  • Orders are paid for upon pickup; no need to stand in line, just come right to the register to pick up your box(es) of pastries (we ask that you not add to your order if skipping the line).

  • Coffee carafes are available for your order as well! Coffee is roasted by Civil Coffee for us weekly.
